Shopping Notice

1.
The duty free pre-order service is available to passengers with confirmed bookings on EVA Air and UNI Air international flights during the following pre-order windows (all times shown in local time):
  • Flights departing from Taiwan: 15 days to 24 hours before flight departure.
  • Flights departing from Bangkok, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia: 15 days to 72 hours before flight departure.
  • Flights departing from other countries/regions: 15 days to 48 hours before flight departure.
2.
The duty free pre-order service is not available on codeshare flights.
3.
Your order may be canceled if you change your flight or cabin class, or your flight is altered. We recommend logging in to EVA Sky Shop to check the status of your order in the event of any changes to your flight.
4.
The duty free pre-order service only accepts online payments in TWD. Prices in other currencies are for reference only. Only one credit card may be used per order. Accepted payment methods and credit card types are shown below. Transaction limits are subject to the rules of the issuing bank.
  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, China UnionPay
  • Mobile Payment: Apple Pay
5.
To protect your rights and interests, please bear the following in mind when picking up your items:
  • Must show the credit card used to make the purchase, to allow flight attendant to confirm purchaser identity.
  • If we are unable to verify your identity, you won't be able to pick up your items and we will automatically cancel and refund your order.
6.
The inventory of products and gifts is based on the actual situation at the time of order.
7.
Images of products on the EVA Sky Shop website are for reference only and are not representative of their true size.
8.
Duty free alcohol is sold in accordance with the "Tobacco and Alcohol Administration Act" and other relevant laws and regulations. EVA Air reserves the right to refuse the sale of such items to passengers not legally entitled to purchase them (those under the age of 18).
9.
Each passenger may place up to two orders per flight. Discounts and gifts are calculated separately for each order and cannot be combined. Onboard pickups are also conducted on an order-by-order basis.

Please see the Returns Service section for further information on after-sales service and returns.

The EVA Sky Shop website may hold promotions from time to time. Please refer to the stock levels, prices and offers shown when placing your order.
1.
All items are non-refundable once removed from their packaging. This excludes defective items.
2.
Items still in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of the pickup date. Items must be returned in their original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt. The rules relating to shipping fees for returns are as follows:
  • Returns made within 7 days of the pickup date: Associated shipping fees will be borne by EVA Air.
  • Returns made within 8–14 days of the pickup date: Associated shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
3.
Returning defective items:
These items may be returned within 14 days of the pickup date when accompanied by a sales receipt. All shipping fees associated with the return shall be borne by EVA Air.
4.
According to the Customs Regulations, duty free product returns are only accepted on theirs original purchased flights. Please contact Product-related customer service for Returns & Refunds.
5.
If you return items purchased using miles or Duty Free E-Coupon（for Diamond Card）, we can only refund mileage or e-coupons still valid on the date of return. In addition, orders placed using duty free e-coupons are not eligible for partial returns. A return must be processed for the entire order.
6.
Any coupons used when making a purchase are non-refundable once the order is returned.
7.
The system will automatically recalculate the order value if you request a partial return. You will need to return any gifts already received in their entirety if the revised order value no longer meets the threshold for a particular offer. We are unable to send you gifts for other offers or promotions.
8.
Once your return has been processed, your refund will be paid into the credit card account you used to make payment. Timescales for credit card refunds are subject to the rules of the issuing bank.

Duty free limits apply on all EVA Air flights to all destinations. Although we try to keep this site as up-to-date as possible, these rules are subject to change without notice.
Passengers on direct flights should feel free to purchase items to take with them into their country of arrival. However, we recommend that passengers on connecting flights purchase their items on their subsequent flight segment. Cabin crew will place any duty free items in liquid, gel or spray form into sealed plastic bags accompanied by a receipt if required. Please do not open these bags until you arrive at your destination.
Australia
18 years of age and older: 25 cigarettes or 25 grams of cigars or tobacco products. 2.25 litres of alcoholic beverages. General goods not exceeding AUD 900. Under 18 years of age: General goods not exceeding AUD 450.
Austria
17 years of age and older: 200 cigarettes; 100 cigarillos; or 50 cigars; or 250 grams of smoking tobacco; 1 litre of spirits over 22% volume or 2 litres of spirits or aperitifs less than 22% volume （or sparkling wines or liqueur wines）; and 4 litres of non-sparkling wine as well as 16 liters beers. Other goods up to a total value of EUR 430（per adult）, or EUR 150（for aged under 15 years）.
Cambodia
18 years of age and older: 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 250 grams of tobacco products. 2 litres of alcoholic beverages. 350 milliliters of perfume and cosmetics. Goods worth more than USD 100 are subject to customs duty and taxes. Goods with a value of more than USD 300 must be declared on a Customs Declaration Form.
Canada
18 years of age and older: 200 cigarettes, 50 cigars, 200 tobacco sticks and 200 grams of manufactured tobacco; 19 years of age and older: 1.5 litres of wine or 1.14 litres of liquor or 24×355 ml. bottles or cans（8.5 litres） of beer or ale; gifts up to a value of CAD 60 per recipient.
Mainland China
400 cigarettes, 20 cigars or 500 grams cut tobacco; Alcohol（containing more than 12% alcohol） of a volume more than 1.5 litres. Resident: Articles worth up to a total value of RMB 5,000. Non-resident passengers: Articles worth up to a total value of RMB 2,000.
France
17 years of age and older: 200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillos or 50 cigars or 250 grams of smoking tobacco. 1 litre of spirits over 22% volume or 2 litres of alcoholic beverages less than 22% volume and 4 litres of still wine and 16 litres of beer. Other goods up to a total value of EUR 430 （per adult）, or EUR 150 （for aged under 15 years）.
Germany
17 years of age and older: 200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillos or 50 cigars or 250 grams of tobacco. 1 litre of spirits over 22% volume or 2 litres of alcoholic beverages less than 22% volume and 4 litres of still wine and 16 litres of beer. Other goods up to a total value of EUR 430 （per adult） or EUR 175 （for aged under 15 years）.
Hong Kong
18 years of age and older: 19 cigarettes or 1 cigar or 25 grams of other manufactured tobacco; 1 litre of alcoholic liquor above 30% vol; no limit for wine and liquor below 30% vol.
Indonesia
18 years of age and older: 200 cigarettes or 25 cigars or 100 grams of tobacco. 21 years of age and older: 1 litre of liquor. A reasonable quantity of perfume. Personal goods up to a value of USD 250 per person.
Italy
17 years of age and older: 200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillos or 50 cigars or 250 grams of smoking tobacco. 1 litre of spirits over 22% volume or 2 litres of alcoholic beverages less than 22% volume and 4 litres of still wine and 16 litres of beer. Other goods up to a total value of EUR 430 （per adult）, or EUR 150 （for aged under 15 years）.
Japan
20 years of age and older: 200 cigarettes; 10 individual packaging heat-not-burn cigarettes; 50 cigars; 250 grams of tobacco. （If there is more than one kind of tobacco products, the total allowance is 250 grams）. 3 bottles of alcoholic beverages （of about 0.76 litre each）. 2 ounces of perfume. Gifts and souvenirs up to a value of JPY 200,000.
Korea
19 years of age and older: 200 cigarettes. 2 litres （2 bottles） of alcoholic beverages up to a value of USD 400. 100 ml of perfume. Gifts up to a value of USD 800.
Macau
19 cigarettes or 1 cigar or 25 grams of tobacco or an assortment of these products not exceeding 25 grams. 1 litre of alcoholic liquor (over 30% volume) Articles of a value not exceeding 5,000 MOP.
Malaysia
1 litre of wine, spirits or malt liquor. Gifts and souvenirs up to a total value of MYR 1,000. Tobacco products must be declared on arrival.
Netherlands
17 years of age and older: 200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillos or 50 cigars or 250 grams of tobacco. 1 litre of spirits over 22% volume or 2 litres of alcoholic beverages less than 22% volume and 4 litres of still wine and 16 litres of beer. Other goods up to the a total value of EUR 430 （per adult）.
Philippines
18 years of age and older: 400 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 250 grams of pipe tobacco. 2 bottles of alcoholic beverages （not exceeding 1 litre each）. One non-consumable item valued at less than USD 200.
Singapore
18 years of age and older, having been outside Singapore for at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The duty-free concession for liquors on one of the following options. (1) 1 litre of spirits, 1 litre of wine and 1 litre of beer (2) 2 litres of wine and 1 litre of beer (3) 1 litre of wine and 2 litres of beer. Tobacco products must be declared on arrival. The chewing gum is been strictly controlled.
Taiwan
18 years of age and older: 1.5 litre of alcoholic beverages (no bottle limit). 20 years of age and older: 200 cigarettes, 25 cigars, or 1 pound of shredded tobacco. A reasonable quantity of perfume. Goods up to a value of TWD35,000.
Thailand
200 cigarettes or 250 grams of tobacco or equal weight of cigars; 1 litre of alcoholic liquor. Personal belongings in reasonable quantity, which are worth no more than 20,000 baht in total (per person).
U.K.
17 years of age and older: 200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillos or 50 cigars or 250 grams of tobacco. 4 litres of spirits over 22% volume or 9 litres of alcoholic beverages less than 22% volume and 18 litres of still wine and 42 litres of beer. Other goods up to a value of GBP 390.
U.S.A.
21 years of age and older: 200 cigarettes or 100 cigars. 1 litre of alcoholic beverages. Non-resident is allowed to import gifts free of duty not exceeding USD 100.
Vietnam
18 years of age and older: 200 cigarettes or 20 cigars or 250 grams of tobacco. 1.5 litres of liquor at 20% volume and above; or 2 litres of liquor below 20% volume; or 3 litres of other alcoholic and soft drinks. Other goods, total value of which is not exceeding ten million VND.
